Stunningly colorful with a clownish, energetic personality. Extremely playful and acrobatic. Loves hanging upside down and playing with toys. Very messy but incredibly entertaining. Requires daily bath or misting. Not for neat freaks! Great for owners who want a vibrant, active companion.
Diet & Nutrition
Specialized nectar diet required! Commercial lorikeet nectar powder mixed with water, fresh fruit (apple, grapes, melon, berries), vegetables, and occasional pollen. NO seeds or pellets — their brush-tongue cannot process dry food. Fresh nectar changed 2-3x daily. Messy eaters!
