International Shipping

Customer Responsibilities
Prior to shipment, customers must:

Be Available for Delivery
Arrange to receive the bird promptly upon arrival.
Prepare Housing in Advance

Live Arrival Policy

- Inspect the bird immediately upon arrival.
- Report concerns within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may void eligibility for review.
