About This Bird

Personality

Handsome, gentle baby boy hand-raised from 3 weeks old. Alexandrines are known for being calmer and more laid-back than Indian Ringnecks. Already stepping up and making soft chirps. Will develop a maroon shoulder patch and rose-pink collar. Perfect for someone wanting a larger, more gentle talking parakeet. DNA sexed male.

Diet & Nutrition

Hand-feeding formula 3x daily, introducing soft fruits, vegetables, and soaked mini pellets. Will transition to full parakeet diet over next 5 weeks. Larger appetite than Indian Ringnecks due to size.
